window fault!?

galaxy 2.3 ghair drivers side electric window does not work at all and on the master control on the drivers door will work all mirrors and will bring down the passangers window but will not bring the passanger window back up!!! could this be a swith or relay? and also when locking the car by the boot lock all windows open! except the drivers door window! regards matt
