how can i fix my mini moto?

First of all you need to make sure you have fresh fuel, a clean air filter and a new spark plug. Not knowing the type of engine, i presume it's a 2 stroke, therefore vibration is a problem, check the tightnes of all bolts and screws on the engine and carb. Fuel mixture screw maybe badly adjusted, or simply wrong choke setting.
