Ungearable kettling noise. Is it poosible to dismantle the side plates of the exchanger to clean it's interior. Is it possible to buy the rubber gascut to renew if needed
Also neataheat has a positive pressure fan flue system , so if you don't get the case resealed properly you could kill yourself and family with carbon monoxide.

silly .. the neataheat is obsolete for most spares but also contains asbestos DON'T touch !!

it would be worthwhile to try a sludge remover then an inhibitor in the system before doing anything drastic if that doesn't work check pump, valves, gas pressure etc in my experiance either one of these will cure the problem
