veritas r8plus help!!!!?

Thanks for the help.......changed battery and all is good again......the power cut obviously sey off the alarm and at least it made me realise that the battery was dead and needed change........warning headed and I will make sure to change it after the relevant period of time in the future

The unset light means that you successfully reset the panel, the tamper light is because you removed the lid in loft z2 & Z3 lights indicate that it was zone 3 that caused the alarm and I guess that Z2 flashing tells you its a chime zone. try pressing reset twice and then enter code and wait to see if it sets

the alarm by all means might be confusing you when you enter your code press full if it continuosly bleeps your code is working fine if not try these to programs

Death - thanks for the reply.....the unset light is on continuously on the keypad but will follow the advice you have given and let you know how it works out.......any ideas why my code is not working on the keypad out of interest?

yep you have answerd your own question change the battery and if it works great but i do know this for a fact if the unset light is countinusely flashing then in the big main panel look where the mains supply is fitted and remove the black pull out fuse and see if it has gone if it has in the panel theres normally spair fuses so replace it if it has gone

remember still change the battery
