house alarm?

my house alarm will not set it says front door problem plus when i open the front door the chime does not ring but does ring on the back door what is the problem please

Sounds like a duff door contact. Sometimes they do stick. Try tapping it (the contact not the magnet) and see if it starts working.
I would recommend swapping the contact first anyway.
