my boiler will not fire up?

i have a ravenheat combi boiler . RSF100E
it will not fire up when the heating is swiched on or the water swiched on .

When you switch it on in either mode can you hear the pump and or fan running? If pump has not kicked in then your looking at CH thermistor. If both pump and fan are working then your looking at either the Honeywell ignition board or leads and electrodes.
