Mend Fit Spring Handle

How do I fit spring in the handle ?

How do I fit spring into handle of brushcutter. It goes where I pull trigger to operate I think it holds lever down when i start it . It fell out when I was repairing the cables.

Also this one doesnt stop with on/ off switch i have switched the wires around but still starts even when in of position. Hope someone can help.
