I have a drayton digistat RF2 which has been working fine until today, I have the flame symbol visable but no heat from radiators and boiler not firing up, i have replaced the batteries but still no heat, any help would be brill

all sorted now thanks, as we are renting we did not know that there was another box with the learn buttons, we found it hidden away and atlast have heat x

Also i have looked through instructions and there is no learning procedure that i can find, and my digistat only has 4 buttons set, select -(which is also yes) and +.

thanks, im confused again now as the heating came on this morning at the time i had set, but i have now just come home from work and the heating is not on, it seems that its ok in the morning but not in the evening? if i needed to buy units where would i look? I appreciate your help

Digistats are 'paired' you have a receiver and and a sender, they run at 233 gigahertz, you can have a situation where they become mis-matched, if you have removed the batteries, you have to go through a learning procedure, if you do not have the paperwork, you can download instructions from the drayton website. If the learning/pairing fails, I am afraid you will have to purchase two new units.
