replace drive pulley belt?

we have a ranch king mtd with a briggs engine model 289707. it also lists a 0154-01 type and a code of 9402104d. we are looking for a replacement drive belt pulley and are not having any luck. the only number stamped on the dual pulley is 488. we believe THE CORRECT REPLACEMENT PART IS # 44-336-mt. the dimensions are correct but we are not sure if this is the correct part. our deck is a 42" cut. also is there an easy way to install the belt?
