Please can you tell me how to change the fuel filter on Nissan X Trail 2003?

Having problems with my Nissan XTrail 2003 where it has lost power. Have been on lots of forums tonight and thought it best to change the fuel filter before sending it to a garage. I want to do it myself but cant find a Haynes manual or anything useful to help me locate it and change it.
