As Your wife for the spay gun from the window washer bottle wash it out blow it dry squeeze the gun to make sure it is clean then Us it to suction the oil out and spray on to the sand on into a container . No need to suck it out !

You either suck it out with a suitable vacume pump, or turn it over and drain out through the dip stick hole, remove the air filter before tipping so as not to soak it in oil.
