Laguna Alarm constantly going off and now immobiliser permenently engaged?

Hi,

Woke up this morning to the sound of my alarm. Both key fobs were ineffective at stopping it.

After 10 goes, it gave up but now my car does not respond to either key and there is no light indication for unlock/lock as before.

Is there a way, without a control panel, of getting my car running again, even to a dealer?
