How can I fix the heating on my Glowworm30cxi?

Hi we have a Glowworm30cxi and the heating has just stopped working! We have hot water, thank god, any ideas how to fix it please??

we have the same problem all fires up fine and makes the right noises but no heating, im messing with the water valves at the moment and the bar..maybe ?? who knows!?!
