Renault Scenic 54 plate, ABS light, no speedo and stop light all on.. Help!?

I have a Renault Scenic 54 plate, in the last month we have had a new coil fitted and then the windscreen wipers went so we had to have the fuse changed.. Since this has been done the ABS light has come on the dash, the stop light, the speedo has gone to two lines and no longer shows the speed and it also reads check steering and electronic fault.. Car drives normally and we have had it plugged in with no problems coming up.. Any ideas pls as Im reallly puzzled and want to see if this is something simple before taking to Renault.
