eletrolux tumble dryer?

Hi anybody know whats wrong with my tumble dryer????? Ive changed the belt Yipee and im a woman! but the whole drum seems to be leaning backwards and it grinds on the outer casing if i turn it on??? any bright ideas, I think the bolt/screw thingy at the back is broken but dont know what its called to buy another
