Mend Fiat Cosa 1.2 16V Starting Battery

i have a 1998 cosa 1.2 16valve ?

tried starting it but when i turn it overit is very slow and tight it has a fully charged battery

tried bumping it no joy oil &water ok

have you tried bumping it to start if works ok then either bad earth to engine or starter motor going in which replace it from breakers yard (dont forget check oil and water first )
