Kenwood dishwasher problems?

Hi there
Can anyone help me? I have a Kenwood dishwasher model no KDW12ST3A, it starts the cycle no problems but its not heating propperly. I have checked the stat for continuity, which was fine, the element is reading fine also. when i put on a quick wash it goes from 1.20 hrs and stops counting down at 1.04 hrs even though it continues to wash. However no fault codes come up on the display.It will do the cold rinse fine so it must be a fault with the heating side of the cycles. Any ideas anyone, i'm thinking its the PCB!
