beko eco care 1512s - dials click and turn but doesnt start? help please!!!?

My Beko had the same problem.
It is either the carbon brushes in the motor..or in my case...it was a broken wire to one of the brushes.
It depends on how good your mechanical skills are.
You will need to remove the main motor.
To check the wiring to the brushes..and replace the brushes if needed.
I am a electronics engineer...but it was quite straight forward.
But if you have no electrical or mecahanical skills...its best left to a suitable repair person.
