Water doesn't go into my washing machine?

I took my Kenmore 110.92273100 apart and replaced the motor coupling. After putting it back together a week later I turn it on and water doesn't go into the tub. The agitator works (It should wait till the water runs into the tub then agitate though). The water is turned on...did I not connect something? or connect something wrong? I've taken it apart again and can't figure out where I went wrong (maybe taking it apart in the 1st place?)
