hotpoint bs22 fan oven not working?

i cannot get my above Q to work so was wondering if u cud help me on adive on how to get it to work....the hob works ok but i cannot get the oven to even just go on or set the front clock...all i get is a flashing auto and 0 : 00 so any help wud b much appreciated..tks
