goodmans cb 25 combination microwave error code 3 shows?

when using my microwave in combination oven mode it works for about 10 mins and then flashes error code 3 there was a loud pop when I put the oven on to reach temperature but seemed to continue to warm up ok untill the error message showed up after 10mins of cooking time It works fine in micro mode
