I lent on machine pressing buttons it wont start now?

it's Hotpoint an Ultima super silent WF860 it carried on washing and finnished program but now is in stuck mode , I've tried turning it off and leaving it all it does now is bleep when i turn it on and i stop it by pressing start button but nothing happens can you help please
