krups 888 coffee machine leak?

The thin BLUE pipe from the reservoir is leaking where the pipe joins the heater (?). The pipe is held in to this joint by a metal collar and a rubber "o" ring and held in by a clip.

If I replace the "o" ring and the clip, could this solve the problem and where do I get the parts ?
