thanks for replying.I have split the fob and have batt. on one side and the 3 button and electronics on other.How do I access and recognise the glass chip you refer to?
bottom of key in corner is little rubber flap that you insert thin glass pin that contains the chip inside be carefull pulling out you dont crack or break take out of old key fob and put in new 1 then car will start
