My Sky Plus is stuck on one channel and I cannot change channels, nor switch it off! The digibox is stuck on one channel and even though my remote works, my sky plus is not doing anything. Why is this?

Joseph -Try turning Sky box off, at the plug socket for a few seconds. Then back on. Wait five minutes before trying the remote or pressing any buttons on the box. This will reset the box. If this does not work try new batteries in the remote control.
