Mend creda 40071 Oven Hob Heating

creda 40071 plates light always on an oven not heating up?

just got a creda 40071 in great con . The plates light is always on and an alarm like a long buzzin noise is always on and the main oven will not heat up but the hob and the grill work like it was new all the eliments are new aswell
