Mend JCB 3 Oil Engine Gasket

water in my oil in jcb mark 3 leyland 1978?

water is in the oil of my engine, i replace head gasket had head tested & skimmed & it still has water getting into it... spitting oil out of dipstick too & slight smoke coming out of oil lid when opened.. water pump??

Won't be water pump. Could be cracked block or liner if crank case is pressurised, blowing oil out.
