help with Sovereign NG460 ?

can anybody help i have been given a Sovereign NG460 petrol mower but i dont know how to start it as i do not have a owners book, there are also one or two bits missing like the two bolts that stop the mower folding at the blade gaurd and i also have the feeling that there is a cable missing. so can anybody help me with a copy of a manual and an address where i can buy spares i think its the choke cable and handle thats missing but i dont know i would be greatful for any help
