why is my pitbike xhaust getting red oot as soon as it strts up?

i start my bike up i wait about 3 mins and it starts to glow a pale red where the exgaust joins the engine when i put the choke down it stops glowing ??

but it would be low on power too if the valve timing was out and run like a sack of shi* i reckon.

either that or possible timing is out, seen that before

it will get hot its normal unless its actually glowing (seen before)if it actually glows then the bikes too weak and a richer mixture will cool it down this engine relys on air cooling so it wont be that hot if your riding it and not sitting still.
