My Neff washing machine won't spin and is very noisy during a wash? Help!?

My Neff washing machine became noisy during a wash cycle a few weeks ago but was still fine to use. It will now still wash OK but won't do the final spin and the machine is now very, very noisy. What could be wrong with it? The model number is W5420X0GB/O7

I think the most likely problem is that the carbon brushes have worn out.

Best thing to do , if you live in North London or Hertfordshire is to call out Glotech.
