how to stop cables dragging on floor whilst towing?

hi,hold each plug & then turn about 2 or 3 times which will make a spring effect,enough to keep them from dragging,but enough they will still extend when towing.

Either draw them back in to the A frame area so they clear the ground around 3 inches. OR
The following is better done when hitched if you can’t achieve pulling cables back that then put a plastic zipper strap around both cables roughly middle of drooping loop before tightening the strap loop a nylon cord through the strap pull strap tight.
loop cord around jockey wheel handle pull up on cord to clear cables from ground about 3inches tie off the cord around jockey wheel. problem solved. Been there done that.
