how do i fix the "fimewire" problem it says that then goes to this clean up?

how do i fix the "fimeware" problem it comes up everytime i turn it on then it goes to 1.clean up
2.format all
3.reload fimeware
4.reboot
how do i fix it???
its a creative ZEN micro 6GB
ive tried to look how to fix it on sites this is the only site i can find.
please find a answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
