candy washing machine cm1 146?

The machine started to wash and stopped full of water. I tried to drain but it did not. the stain button was flashing. i put it on quick was to see if it would work, but again it stopped full of water. It appears that the water is unable to drain away. Any help would be greatly apppreciated.
