How can i fix my SAM4S ER-15011 cash register?

It will only show 2 decimal places on the till receipts and 'x' and 'z' readings. For example if i enter £156.99 the display is correct but the receipt reads £15.99. I have tried resetting it but it is still not producing a correct receipt

Thank you for your help Mark but it can't be the printer missing a column as if you key in £451.99 the printer reads £45.99 not £45 .99

Hi. If you've reset it, then it is often caused by a faulty printer. They are a very cheap and nasty printer and they don't usually make it past a couple of years. The print wheel is probably having trouble printing in that column. Might not be worth fixing. Printer is sold as one piece by most dealers/ brands.
