Hi. If you've reset it, then it is often caused by a faulty printer. They are a very cheap and nasty printer and they don't usually make it past a couple of years. The print wheel is probably having trouble printing in that column. Might not be worth fixing. Printer is sold as one piece by most dealers/ brands.
