i have an iveco 35 10 which has just had new injectors cause they leaked. i now find it cuts out occasionally either when it is loaded or towing, mainly going up hills. someone said i need a new fuel pump. does that sound right before i go and buy one?
worth checking that fuel tank is clean and there is nothing in it to block outlet pipe when engine is under full demand [had same fault on ldv diesel and was found to be a piece of crisp packet in tank]! if all clear then check electric pump fitted in n/s chassis rail is working ok.
