Mend Toyota Avensis Display Flat Battery

Cant get my Toyota Avensis sat nav to display in English !?

Since having a flat battery my sat nav now displays Norwegian/ Danish or Swedish Im not too sure what ,how do I get it to display in English.
Any help would be really appreciated.
