Mend Worcester Bosch Greenstar 30CDi Hot Turn 100

Greenstar 30CDi - Water too hot at first then stabilise! What's wrong?

When I turn on the water is reaches 100+, it takes say a minute to stabilise to the temperature I set it.

Happens each time I turn on the hot water.

Can anyone help?
