door catch playing up?

hi i have a hotpoint Aquaris Ultima model no. is DF31A,and just recently the door catch has gone faulty where it no longer locks properly i have taken the facia off the front and there doesnt seem to be any springs etc missing when i pull the handle it doesnt seem to have the spring init that it used to have it will lock if i give it a shove but doesnt lock properly and there is also a gap up the top of one side where steam and water escapes now.
Any ideas?
Aolso does anyone know where i can find a parts guide where i can see what bits if any are missing?
