When you depress the chrome timer knob it freely spins instead of making the rachet sound that it normally did. Can manually press the dial and turn it to set the timer and then pull out the knob to start the cycle. First of 2 questions, Most probable part to replace, Timer, dial or knob? Second, How do you remove the knob, pull straight off?
