BMW X3 Windscreen washer reservoir leak?

Hi,

I also have lost fluid from my tank and the front and rear carpet are wet. with screen wash ?? I've found the loom that comes in from the engine with the black pipe. I've had the right hand side of the front carpet apart but no leak.

There is a union fitting along the center 'hump' and under the carpet that can come loose, but it usually fills the rear floor not the front. Are you sure the loss of washer fluid and the wet floor are really related? The washer reservoir is prone to leak where the pumps fit into the tank and the floor is sometimes wet from a bad heater core or even a rain leak.
