Mend Hotpoint WD62 Washer Dryer Drum

How can I fix my Hotpoint Aquarius 1200 Washer/Dryer- ref WD62?

Hi
We have a Hotpoint aquarius 1200 washer dryer ref WD62. The clothes being removed from the drum after a wash & spin cycle only, have burn marks on them and the back of the drum is hot to the touch.
Can anyone help?
