the pilot light “full tank” is on?

Hi i have a tricity bendix tumble dryer TM310W and the pilot light “full tank” is on, i have emptied the over flow reservoir at the back, when the dryer has completed a cycle, water doesn't go into the pull out reservoir at the front instead the over flow reservoir at the back fills up which triggers “full tank" pilot light, what is wrong
