Mend Snapper 2811523BV Safety Switches Model

Snapper RER safety switches?

I have a Snapper RER model 2811523BV that is only 2 or 3 years old. After I start it and let it warm up, when I release the clutch brake to move the engine shuts off. I have checked the seat switch and it is ok. If I engage the blade then the mower will move and operate normally but when I disengage the blade and release the clutch brake it will shut down. Any idea what should be adjusted or replaced?
