On my Panasonic hdtv projection tv there is a blue distorted line across?

On my Panasonic CinemaVision hdtv projection tv there is a blue distorted color across the screen but the picture is fine except for the blue color across the screen, the blue color lines are at the bottom half of the screen, kind of an arc through so you can still see the screen fine but is annoying and want to open it up and fix it myself somehow can you help?
