how can i fix my machine?

hi sounds like your pump/ filter is clogged, or hose from the drum, if you have a small door at the bottom at the front of your machine open it and let all water out ,, SWITCH off machine and put fingers in you will feel a small propeller if this does not turn then you need to remove big pipe from the bottom of the drum ( be carefull will proberly be full of water and ( bits of stuff eg coins of stuff) once this is clear you replace tightly and hopefull your up and running again ,,, good luck.. from Helen
