The only way I can get any satisfaction when this happens which is often, is to keep pressing the on/off button on the remote control until l can get the menu aain.
I feel like throwing the Humax out of the window and am fed up with waiting for it to be upgraded as I was told it would be over two months ago.
I think the person who suggested we contact the Trading Standards Office has a point, after all why should we have to put up with it, Humax should supply us with a replacement PVR if the one they sold us is not fit for the job.
