'Camray 3' oil boiler - flame out?

The boiler has just been serviced, Tuesday. The engineer reported sediment in the filter to the kerosene storage tank. He cleaned the bowl and replaced the filter. Also, there were combustion deposits in the fan housing which was cleaned. However, fhe flame still goes out (five times in two days)?
What could be the probable cause?
