Mend Audi Symphony Stopped Working Remove

Audi 2000 A4 - Symphony radio Problem?

My Symphony radio has just stopped working, if I remove the fuse and put it back in the radio works until I turn the engine off. I have to repeat this process evrytime I get in the car if I want the stero on. The integral CD works but the button for the CD multi changer no longer works.

Any suggestions ?
