Just to say that this came up on a google search, I tried *Shelton312*'s suggestion and it worked first time :)

If it is a PC CD drive There is a small hole on the front of cd player use something like a paper clip straighten out paper clip insert into hole move about gently in and out side to side there is a little push button on the other side of this hole that will release the draw
(must be plugged in to power for this to work)

Just had a jammed CD in a Vauxhall Zafira. Infotainment screen would not switch off. Disconnected then reconnected the battery. All was well again.

this happened 2 me try this it worked 4 me put the edge of another cd in the cd player as far as it will go then press eject if it still stuck move the other cd about a bit let me know how u get on.

There should be a tiny hole somewhere on the front of the stereo (just about big enough to push a paper clip into) If you push a paper clip into it it should manually eject the cd
