Mend Combi 28IRSf Cold Pipe Valve

I have a 28irsf that is leaking?

I need a part for a 28irsf combi and am not sure what the part is called. it is on the cold pipe behind the radiator dial. It i think is the flow valve and is black. and is a connector between two pipes.
